At Wilder Yoga & Pilates, we offer classes and experiences designed to foster connection, have fun, build strength, and practice mindfulness. Our group classes are tailored to meet you where you are, whether you're seeking stress relief, physical challenge, or community and connection. We also bring our practice to the community through pop-up events at local businesses and partner organizations.

      Our classes cater to all levels and include a variety of styles designed to enrich your practice. Whether you seek flexibility, strength, or relaxation, we have something for everyone.

      Yoga

      Gentle Flow

      In these Yin inspired classes you can expect mindful movement, deep stretches, and supported poses held for longer durations to release tension and cultivate inner calm. classes focus on breathwork, relaxation, and connecting with your body. All levels welcome and props are included.  Come as you are and leave feeling grounded.

      Mat Pilates

      Core Pilates

      This Pilates Class blends classical Pilates principles with contemporary moves to challenge and transform your core.  Expect a focused practice emphasizing breath control, precision, and mindful movement. We'll engage deep core muscles, improve flexibility, and build strength with a mix of traditional Pilates and modern twists. All levels welcome.

      Pilates Plus

      Take your Pilates practice to the next level with a challenging class that combines Pilates principles with weights and cardio bursts. With more advanced moves you can expect to build strength and push the limits to ignite your core.
